Tatiana holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria and is committed to ongoing professional development. Her training includes work with the Justice Institute of BC, UBC Continuing Education, and Fraser Health, with specialization in Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI), motivational interviewing, suicide prevention, self-harm education, and SANYAS Indigenous training. She practices from a culturally responsive and trauma-informed perspective.
Tatiana is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She also has experience in trauma therapies, including Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), as well as body-oriented and narrative approaches. Her integrative approach supports clients in managing emotional distress, improving mental health, and developing practical skills for life challenges.
